This case was heard during the Court's September 12, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

Pending before the Court is the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. On September 22, 2022, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause directing petitioner Arethia B. Hyatt to file a response as to why the Court should grant the motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. Ms. Hyatt timely filed a response to our Order to Show Cause. We will direct the Commissioner to file a reply to Ms. Hyatt's response. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 14, 2022, the Commissioner shall file a reply to Ms. Hyatt's response to Order to Show Cause.
