HYANG WOO LIH, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case is on the January 30, 2023 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. At the calendar call we discussed respondent's pending motion to continue, which we had told the parties before we would grant upon the settlement of most of the issues. Respondent's counsel appeared and confirmed that all but one issue was now settled, and the parties needed just a bit more time to resolve it. It is therefore

ORDERED respondent's unopposed December 30, 2023 motion for a continuance is granted. It is also

ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. It is also

ORDERED that on or before March 1, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report describing their progress in doing so.
