MEMORANDUM ORDER

James Kerney ("Kerney") has filed a self-prepared handwritten document captioned "Motion-Request: For Payment-Award-In Civil Class Action Law-Suit As Per-42 § 1983-Civil-Rights" in this long-ago-closed class action. Because of the age of the case the file had been archived, so that some time was required to confirm this Court's immediate reaction that Kerney's claim was far out of time.

Verification with both class counsel and defense counsel has confirmed not only the untimeliness of any claim such as Kerney's but also that he was not eligible for class treatment in any event. Accordingly Kerney's Motion-Request is denied.
