STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT
(FIRST REQUEST)

Plaintiff Gary Huyghe (“Huyghe”) and Defendant Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC d/b/a/ FMC-Omaha Service Ctr (“Ford Credit”) (collectively the “Parties”), by and through their undersigned counsel of record, stipulate and request an order from the Court to extend the filing deadline for Ford Credit to respond to Huyghe's Complaint (ECF No. 1), filed on July 11, 2022 in this Court and served upon Ford Credit on July 13, 2022. This is the first stipulation for an extension of time for Ford Credit to respond the Complaint.
Currently, Ford Credit's response to the Complaint is due no later than August 3, 2022. Parties request an extension of time, up to and including, August 17, 2022, for Ford Credit to file its response to the Complaint. Ford Credit requires additional time to complete its research to support its response and time for client review.
IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Parties that Ford Credit shall have up to and including August 17, 2022, to file its response to the Complaint (ECF No. 1.)
ORDER
IT IS SO ORDERED
