ORDER

On April 17, 2024, respondent filed a motion for document subpoena hearing. By Order issued April 18, 2024, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled this case for hearing at a Washington, D.C., special hearing session of the Court to be conducted remotely at 1:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. On May 15, 2024, respondent filed a status report in which respondent represents that the parties have reached an agreement resolving all issues in this case, and respondent's counsel is no longer requesting compliance with the subpoena and does not believe the subpoena hearing is necessary.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. (ET). It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall notify the subpoenaed third parties that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for May 22, 2024, is no longer necessary.
