Action to recover damages for the alleged breach of the warranties contained in a deed for certain real property sold by the named defendant, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury, and referred to Hon. Francis J. O'Brien, state trial referee; judgment for the defendants, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
