Pending before the court is respondent's Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption filed September 29, 2022. Pursuant to Rule 63, respondent requests that the Court substitute Eunice Rae Huth, Successor In Interest as a party in this case and change the caption to read: "EUNICE RAE HUTH & DONALD HUTH, DECEASED, EUNICE RAE HUTH, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST "

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption filed September 29, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Court substitutes Eunice Rae Huth, Successor In Interest as the proper party to this case. It is further

ORDERED that the caption in this this case shall be amended to read "EUNICE RAE HUTH & DONALD HUTH, DECEASED, EUNICE RAE HUTH, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST"
