This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Knoxville, Tennessee, is the place of trial.

On January 26, 2022, petitioner filed a motion to withdraw. On January 31, 2022, petitioner filed a motion to withdraw. On March 2, 2022, respondent filed a status report, representing therein that the parties were in the process of preparing decision documents. On March 8, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to withdraw filed January 26, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to withdraw filed January 31, 2022, is denied as moot.
