ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY CHIEF JUDGE

On April 20, 2021, petitioner filed a petition at Docket No. 13022-21 seeking review of his 2018 tax year. The filing fee has been waived at Docket No. 13022-21.

On August 28, 2021, petitioner filed a petition at Docket No. 20544-21, also seeking review of his 2018 tax year. Petitioner has not paid the filing fee at Docket No. 20544-21.

Upon due consideration of the records at Docket Nos. 13022-21 and 20544-21, it appearing that the cases are duplicative, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the case at Docket No. 20544-21 is closed on the ground of duplication with Docket No. 13022-21.

Petitioner is reminded that any future filings related to his 2018 tax year should be filed in Docket No. 13022-21.
