Opinion

No. 2D97-1010.

Opinion filed June 16, 2000.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Polk County; Dennis P. Maloney, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Paul C. Helm, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Michael J. Scionti, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

We affirm the judgments of conviction on appeal in this case. However, the sentences on appeal concern offenses that occurred on June 17, 1996. Accordingly, we remand for reconsideration of sentence. See Smith v. State, 25 Fla. L. Weekly D1273 (Fla. 2d DCA May 24, 2000).
