The Commissioner filed a motion to compel production of documents (Doc. 28) and a motion to compel responses to interrogatories (Doc. 29). After petitioners filed their responses (Docs. 37-38), the Commissioner filed replies (Docs. 41-42). Consistent with those replies and with our order of September 14, 2021 (Doc. 40), it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motions to compel (Docs. 28-29) are denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than November 24, 2021, and every 60 days thereafter, the parties shall file a joint status report (unless by that date they have filed a proposed stipulated decision). 1
