Actions in trespass and assumpsit. Before LARSEN, J., without a jury. Verdicts in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant on trespass action in the amount of $5,052.00. Order entered dismissing defendant's exceptions and judgment entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 622, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, No. GD 75-26159. Submitted October 23, 1978.
