MEMORANDUM OPINION


On March 8, 2006, appellant filed a notice of appeal in this case. Appellant's brief was due on January 20, 2007. We granted appellant an extension and ordered her to file her brief by March 20, 2007. When appellant had not filed her brief by April 2, 2007, we sent a letter to appellant directing her to file a brief within ten days or the appeal would be subject to dismissal. Nevertheless, to date, appellant has not filed a brief or otherwise communicated with this Court regarding this appeal.

We DISMISS the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3(c).
