This case was calendared for trial at the Court's January 8, 2024, Denver, Colorado, trial session, however illness prevented one of the trial participants from appearing. The parties agreed to a remote trial of this case. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that this case is scheduled for trial at the Court's January 17, 2024, Washington, DC, hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. It is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
The undersigned will preside over the trial of this case.
