This case is calendared for trial at the March 27, 2023, Boise, Idaho, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On January 26, 2023, Petitioners filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. By Order served February 7, 2023, the Court directed respondent, on or before February 27, 2023, to file an objection or response to petitioners' motion for summary judgment. On February 27, 2023, respondent filed an Objection to Motion for Summary Judgment. On March 1, 2023, the Court served an Order in which petitioners' Motion for Summary Judgment was denied and restored to the general docket. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the stamp Denied Motion for Summary Judgment, entered March 1, 2023, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners Motion for Summary Judgment, filed January 26, 2023, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 27, 2023, Boise, Idaho, remote Trial Session and the case is restored to the general docket.
