The parties having stipulated to dismiss the case and the Plaintiffs having further signed a release of their claims against the Defendants, which also provided for a dismissal of the case; and good cause appearing;

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED AS FOLLOWS:

That the instant case shall be dismissed with prejudice.
