Present — Clarke, P.J., Dowling, Finch, McAvoy and Martin, JJ.


Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, in so far as it requires defense of Statute of Limitations be withdrawn as a condition for granting the motion to serve an amended answer, and defendants' motion granted on payment by defendants of taxable costs to the date of the order appealed from and without prejudice to the position of the case on the day calendar. No opinion.
