ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Cary Douglas Pugh, Judge.

This case was called from the calendar during the Court's San Francisco, California trial session, on February 6, 2023. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution on February 10, 2023. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve this order on petitioner at both addresses listed in the certificate of service attached to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 15, 2023, petitioner shall show cause in writing why we should not grant respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution and enter decision in favor of respondent.
