On March 24, 2022, a Motion To Substitute Parties and Change Caption was filed in the above-docketed matter by Angelique L. Tucker, advising she had been appointed executor for the Estate of Loretta Eileen Hurt, Deceased, as reflected in attached Letters Testamentary, dated January 4, 2021, issued by the Chancery Court for Williamson County, Tennessee.

Accordingly, upon due consideration of the foregoing and the record herein, it is

ORDERED that the just-referenced Motion To Substitute Parties and Change Caption is granted in that it is further

ORDERED that "Estate of Loretta Eileen Hurt, Deceased, Angelique L. Tucker, Executor" is substituted for "Loretta Eileen Hurt, Deceased" as a party petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read "Estate of Loretta Eileen Hurt, Deceased, Angelique L. Tucker, Executor, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
