PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a verified answer to the petition on this original proceeding initiated in this Court pursuant to Eminent Domain Procedure Law § 207,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time to file and serve an answer in accordance with this Court's rules, is extended to October 8, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that petitioner shall file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's rules on or before November 7, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's rules on or before December 9, 2019.
