A full appellate review has been granted to the appellant herein pursuant to the provisions of Hollingshead v. Wainwright, 194 So.2d 577 (Fla. 1967). The briefs and record on appeal in this cause have been read and given full consideration, and the appellant having failed to demonstrate reversible error, the order of the lower court appealed from is affirmed.
