ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is GRANTED. The time for taking further steps in this appeal runs from the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. MCR 7.205(E)(3). This appeal is limited to the issues raised in the application and supporting brief. MCR 7.205(E)(4).

On the Court's own motion pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(7), this appeal is CONSOLIDATED with the claim of appeal filed in Docket No. 361228, Sheila Marie Hunter v Stephen Christopher Hunter.

In light of the consolidation, on the Court's own motion, the Court orders that this case be EXPEDITED. The appellant's brief is due no later than 28 days from the Clerk's certification of this order. Appellee may file a response brief no later than 21 days after service of the appellant's brief. The appellant may file a reply brief no later than 7 days after service of the appellee's brief. No extensions of time will be allowed for filing of the briefs except by order of the Court.

The Clerk is directed to expedite the submission of this case on the session calendar in accordance with MCR 7.213(C)(7).

The motion for sanctions for filing a vexatious appeal is DENIED without prejudice to plaintiff refiling the motion after this case is assigned to a case call panel._
