In light of petitioner's submission of the circuit court's final judgment of injunction for protection against stalking (after notice) filed in the circuit court on February 11, 2014, which is the same final judgment under review in case number 2D14–1195, this petition for writ of certiorari in case number 2D14–1395 is dismissed.
