Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Carmela Mone, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Christopher Hammond, Esq., P.O. Box 815, Cooperstown, NY 13326, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
