JAMES T. HUNT & JULIA M. HUNT, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge.

On April 7, 2020, this "micro-captive" insurance case was assigned to the undersigned for trial or other disposition. On February 17, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report in the case. In that report, the parties represented that they had reached a settlement and that respondent was "in the process of preparing computations" to reflect the terms of their agreement. Since that date, we have not received any filings indicating the status of the case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before November 2 2023, a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.
