In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, order granting plaintiff's motion to compel defendant to accept a bill of particulars, upon stated conditions, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
