This case is calendared for trial at the Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session of the Court that is scheduled to begin on April 4, 2022. On March 4, 2022, petitioners filed an unopposed motion for continuance of trial. Upon due consideration of the recitals contained in petitioners' motion, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion for continuance of trial, filed March 4, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 4, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia trial calendar and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further
