This case is calendared on the Court's June 13, 2022, remote trial session. On April 1, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction contending that we lack jurisdiction over petitioner's 2020 and 2021 tax years. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall file, on or before May 4, 2022, a response to the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. If petitioner does not respond, the Court will likely grant the Motion.
