KENDRA HUGHEY, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
On Appeal from the 265th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F22-59668.
ORDER
NANCY KENNEDY, JUSTICE.
The clerk's record is incomplete because it does not include the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal. On December 8, 2023, we directed the presiding judge to file the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal within ten days. As of the date of this order, the certification has not been filed with this Court.
We ORDER the Honorable Jennifer Bennett, Presiding Judge, 265th Judicial District Court, to transmit to the district clerk within TEN DAYS of the date of this order a signed trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal that accurately reflects the trial court proceedings and the defendant's right of appeal. We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Jennifer Bennett, Presiding Judge, 265th Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
