The reporter's record was due September 15, 2024, but it was not filed. On September 24, 2024 the court reporter, Carol N. Castillo, filed a notification of late record stating the record includes multiple days of trial, the record consists of 500 pages, she is in court every day, and she is preparing two other appeals. The court reporter requested until October 14, 2024 to complete and file the record.

We grant the motion, and order Carol N. Castillo to file the record by October 14, 2024.
