In an action for an annulment on the ground of fraud, in which the plaintiff's complaint does not allege physical or mental incapacity, plaintiff appeals from an order denying her motion to require defendant to submit to a physical and psychiatric examination. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
