Present — Crosby, P.J., Taylor, Dowling, Harris and McCurn, JJ.


Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. All concur, except Crosby, P.J., who dissents and votes for reversal and for reinstatement of the verdict. (The order sets aside the verdict of a jury in favor of defendants for no cause of action, and grants a new trial in an automobile negligence action.)
