This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, trial session scheduled to begin on April 4, 2022. On March 14, 2022, respondent and petitioner each filed a status report. In petitioner's report, petitioner states, among other things, that the parties have reached an agreement for settlement and respondent's counsel is preparing a proposed stipulated decision for execution and filing with the Court. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 4, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 15, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision
