This case was scheduled to be tried at a session of the Tax Court in Winston-Salem beginning February 7, 2022. However, on December 27, 2021, the Commissioner filed a motion for a continuance. It is

ORDERED that the motion is granted for the reasons stated therein; that this case is stricken from the calendar of the Winston-Salem session beginning February 7, 2022, and will not be called for trial at that session; and that the case is continued generally, to be tried in due course at a future session of the Tax Court if it does not settle.
