On February 3, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Teresa Lee Hughes. The filing is improper insofar as the only signature thereon is by Melinda K. Fisher, who has not entered an appearance in this case.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
