No. 05-18-00040-CV
04-25-2018
On Appeal from the 162nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-15-09220
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Bridges, Brown, and Boatright
Opinion by Justice Boatright
The clerk's record in this case is past due. By letter dated April 2, 2018, we informed appellants that the trial court clerk failed to file the clerk's record because appellants did not pay for the record or make arrangements to pay it. We gave appellants a reasonable opportunity to cure, TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b), directing them to provide written verification of payment or arrangements to pay for the clerk's record, or written verification that they were entitled to proceed without payment of costs, within 10 days. Because the clerk's record has not been filed and appellants have not responded to the notice from this court requiring a response within the specified time, we dismiss this appeal. Id. 42.3(b), (c).
