ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY JUDGE.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's March 25, 2024, San Francisco, California trial session. On December 20, 2023, the Court filed respondent's Motion to Remand and Motion for Continuance. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand is granted and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of affording petitioner an administrative hearing pursuant to I.R.C. section 6330. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall offer petitioner an administrative hearing at respondent's Appeals Office located closest to petitioner's residence (or at such other place as may be mutually agreed upon) at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than March 6, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall on or before March 7, 2024, file a joint Status Report as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance filed, December 20, 2023, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the March 25, 2024, San Francisco, California trial session and that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
