ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE

On July 26, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid. On August 8, 2022, petitioners paid the Court's filing fee.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 8, 2022, petitioners shall file a proper amended petition. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach an amended petition form to the copy of this Order served on petitioners.
