This case was originally calendared for trial on October 2, 2023, in Kansas City, Missouri. By Order of the Court dated June 27, 2023, this case was continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On August 30, 2024, Respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that she had been unable to contact Petitioner directly but was able to speak to Petitioner's jointly liable spouse. Petitioner's spouse informed Respondent that Petitioner still wishes to pursue this case. Respondent also informed the Court that she still anticipates filing a dispositive motion.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is released by this Division of the Court, and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
