Defendant-appellant, having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, both entered on or about September 27, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeals to the November 2020 Term.
