Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated August 18, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 4, 2019. Renewed motion by the appellants, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants are precluded from making further motions or applications in connection with this appeal, without prior leave of this Court.
