This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's standalone remote trial session scheduled to commence on December 19, 2022, at 1:00 pm (ET).

Respondent filed an Answer on April 13, 2022. On July 22, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Default Judgment. On September 9, 2022, respondent filed a Response to Motion for Default Judgment.

The Court's Order dated May 2, 2022, ordered respondent to file a response to petitioners' Motion to Proceed Remotely and did not order a further answer to the petition. On May 5, 2022, respondent filed a response to the Court's Order dated May 2, 2022, stating that there is no objection to the motion to proceed remotely. Based on the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Default Judgment, filed July 22, 2022, is denied. This case remains calendared on the Court's December 19, 2022 remote standalone trial session.
