On May 5, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On July 18, 2023, the Court issued an Order assigning this motion to Special Trial Judge Adam B. Landy. It has come to the Court's attention that, due to inadvertent clerical error, the Order served July 18, 2023, in the above-docketed matter incorrectly stated the motion was filed by petitioner.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served July 18, 2023, is amended in that the preamble paragraph is deemed to read as follows:

"Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed May 5, 2023, it is". It is further

ORDERED that, in all other respects, the Court's Order served July 18, 2023, remains in full force and effect.
