Before COX, STEPHENS, and ROBINSON, JJ.
The applicant, Hudco Roofing &Exteriors, LLC, seeks expedited supervisory review of the trial court's ruling granting the defendant's motion to quash a deposition subpoena and awarding the defendant attorney's fees. On the showing made, we decline to exercise this Court's supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this writ is hereby denied. In addition, the applicant's motion to convert this writ application to an appeal is denied.
