ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's San Diego, California, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin September 20, 2021.

On August 20, 2021, respondent filed a motion for continuance. The Court thereafter asked petitioner Annette Huckabone to file an objection if any by September 7, 2021. On September 10, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the motion for continuance. In light of the representations on that call, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance, filed August 20, 2021, is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 12, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
