ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

Upon due consideration of record in this case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 26, 2023, petitioner shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto, if possible, a complete copy of the notice of deficiency, dated June 6, 2022, issued to him with respect to his 2020 tax year. The Court encourages the parties to cooperate and communicate with their opponent, and to exchange documents and information, and to prepare this case for trial or other resolution, so that the parties can resolve among themselves any issues that can be resolved without the Court's involvement.
