Disposition: On the Court's own motion, the trial court is hereby directed to hold a hearing to determine whether Hubbard was deprived of information regarding the entry of this Court's opinion, such that Hubbard was prevented from filing a timely motion for rehearing. The trial court's findings shall be submitted to this Court within forty-five days of the entry of this order. The clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to Hubbard and his counsel of record. Order entered.
