This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Charleston, West Virginia, is the place of trial.

On January 20, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance indicating therein that petitioner has no objection to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance filed January 20, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Charleston, West Virginia, trial session and is continued generally.
