ORDER

L. Paige Marvel Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Denver, Colorado, trial session scheduled to begin April 15, 2024. On January 25, 2024, petitioner's counsel, Thomas C. Conradt, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. By Order served February 5, 2024, petitioner was ordered to file a response to Mr. Conradt's motion by February 26, 2024. On or about February 27, 2024, the Court was informed that court personnel at the "help desk" responsible for the electronic filing system received electronic inquiries from petitioner about the Court's receipt of his response, which he sent to the Court by Federal Express. The Court has received his response, which states that he has no objection to the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed January 25, 2024, is granted, and Thomas C. Conradt is withdrawn as petitioner's counsel in this case.
