The Honorable Supreme Court met pursuant to adjournment.

The following order was passed.

Upon consideration of the Motions for Reconsideration filed in these appeals, it is ordered that they be hereby denied. The opinion of the Court in the above-styled case issued on June 28, 2010, is withdrawn from the files, and a substitute opinion issued in this case.

It is further ordered that the April Term relative to these cases is extended until further order of the Court to enable the parties to file a motion for reconsideration. OCGA § 15-2-4; Haygood v. City of Doraville, 256 Ga. 566, 567 ( 350 SE2d 766) (1986).

A motion for reconsideration, if any, must be filed and received in the Clerk's Office by 4:30 p.m. on August 5, 2010.
